When the Spirit of God moves, it is always... Come Up, Come Up.
We don't feel worthy to come up, to participate in the full things of God.  We would rather stay where we are and resent those those or criticize those who come up, pulling them down.  We don't necessarily do this on purpose, but misery loves company.

The call of the Spirit of God is not to bring people down but to bring people up.  So much of the church is groveling in places of self-pity and bound to little demons, little whispering voices saying "how come no one loves me, how come no one notices me, how come no one called when I was hurting" and we end up sitting there, resentful and wanting everyone else to be in that place also.

The Spirit is saying "Come Up, Come Up, Come Up, there is more than enough."  God is wanting the Body of Christ to emerge and come forward.
